Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.

These niche roles will see you working with global multinational companies across the Sydney CBD. With a focus on quality and professionalism you will be front line for all our guests requirements ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Looking after all types of events and functions; including high-calibre corporate boardroom service, these roles require  five-star guest service experience therefore a corporate waiter/butler, first class lounge or high-end hotel background is desired !

Key Duties

  • Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service
  • Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee
  • Delivering food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
  • Ensuring that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion
  • Assist with pack up and set up of all events 
  • Liaise with all team members including chefs to assess requirements for the day
  • Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

About you

  • 2-3+ years of proven high-end F&B experience in 5 star premium dining, corporate boardroom settings, a-la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events venues or airline lounges
  • Barista knowledge and skills ( essential)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist/ front desk role is highly advantageous 
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills and a strong work ethic, taking pride in the service you provide
  • Exceptional presentation and professional demeanour
  • The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • A valid RSA (mandatory)
  • Police Check or willing to obtain one
