The Role:

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, working in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager you will use your leadership experience to guide and mentor the team across both outlet and events in a courteous and professional manner creating genuine human connections and memorable experiences for our guests.


The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor has the ability to be contracted under either Full Time or Part Time.


Responsibilities

  • Run the front of house operations during busy service periods
  • Work alongside your team and motivating them to deliver the best results
  • Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge
  • Confident in communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration
  • Work with guests through challenging solutions and find solutions with positive outcomes
  • Assist with rostering, team development & the overall co-ordination of the department


Skills & Experience:

  • Hold a valid RSA or equivalent for the Country / State or Territory
  • You will have experience and a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of running a restaurant
  • You hold a desire to create amazing experiences for every single guest
  • Proven leadership skills within a Food & Beverage environment
  • You enjoy interacting with guests and working with a team of likeminded individuals from a diverse and varied background
